Hypnosis can be very effective for young people. As adults, many of our issues can stem from traumas or confidence knocks that we experienced in childhood which may have left us feeling insecure on some level.

By helping young people overcome and understand those issues from an early age, we are enabling them to build their confidence, take control and adopt lifelong skills and resources which will empower them.

Hypnosis for children

Children are very open and receptive to new ideas and learning. They tend to think literally and creatively, using their imagination as an important resource. As they learn and grow, some children are vulnerable to feelings of anxiety or uncertainty. By choosing careful words and weaving an interesting, relevant story hypnosis can help children to process and understand their world, adapt to changes, and eliminate worries.
